'A gingerbread man is a biscuit or cookie made of gingerbread, usually in the shape of a stylized human, as per the name although making other shapes, especially seasonal themes, is quite common'. The interesting thing is that it is so fascinating to eat the gingerbread man limb after limb. Now i don't know what that implies about us psychologically and stuff, but still, it is fascinating and interesting. I won't ever say no to gingerbread men hehe.
