Spring is about blooming and new beginnings. I bet the way the flowers bloom would be a hopeful and joyful thing to watch.

Four Seasons: Winter

I've never experienced Winter, but i'd like to! Everything looks so white and pure when it snows. I'd like to roll around in the snow and sneak some into my mouth. I bet warm coffee will be much appreciated!

Four Seasons: Autumn

I've never experienced Autumn, but i'm hoping i will soon. The first thing that comes to my mind when i think of this season is 'golden'. Everything seems to look golden and crunchy. It's a little sad seeing leaves dry up and fall from their trees though.

Four Seasons: Summer

Summer is a warm season, characterized by as much outdoor activity as possible. People are going to the beach, surfing, wearing sleeveless blouses and short shorts, getting their tans, swimming, licking ice creams and popsicles, and of course, sweating. Over here, it's always summer, so i tend to take these things for granted. But i still appreciate all that golden sunshine. Thank God for Summers.

Blow Up Bubbles

I've always liked bubblegum. It helps to chew when i'm bored (which is much preferable to eating real food just cause of boredom). The biggest joy of chewing though, is making the bubbles. This may be juvenile, but i always make a game out of trying to blow really big bubbles, and encouraging my little cousins to try to burst it...if they can reach me lol. I prefer the mint flavors cause i like to think they're better for my teeth. I've recently discovered Orbit Chewing Gum, which is sugar-free so, yippie!

Fly Over On Your Skateboard

Recently, I overheard my little male cousins talking about how much they wanted skateboards. Now, i doubt if their mother will oblige (since 'skateboards' are synonymous to 'accidents'), but look how much fun it is to watch Tony Hawk and his mates roll around and fall on their bums!

I used to have roller skates when I was young, but I didn't get my moneys worth out of them. Still, I would love to be one of those folks that stand around skate ramps, watching nimble dudes take flight, sweating their glands off under the sun, but still smiling and cheering for all they're worth. Skateboards are fun! And they are definitely one of the joys of life!

Happy Birthday

My sister turned 12 this week, and we had a little family hooray! Thank God for birthdays. They only come once a year so they're pretty special. They're opportunities for thanking God for adding one more year to our lives. Birthdays are certainly one of the things i look forward to in life.

Home On The Road

My interest in caravans first started when I read Enid Blyton's Circus Series. This was ages ago, but i still remember how much fun i had reading it. I badly wanted to go to the circus, and see a real traditional caravan. I had a hard time imagining how there could be enough space in there to move about, much less have a bed and closets in. I bet carrying your home wherever you go is mad fun.
