I have never met anyone who doesn't like cake! I only recently realized how universal cake is. It is eaten as a special treat the world over. Any celebration usually sports a cake- birthdays, weddings, Christmas, New Year, etc. One of my Aunts bakes, so even though I can't even make batter, i'm an expert taster and licker of mixing bowls.I'll say cakes are a Joy of Life.
