Five Senses: Touch

We experience the five senses everyday, and most times we take them for granted. Touch is probably the most intimate sense. People don't touch other people anyhow; we don't touch strangers, except to maybe shake hands in greeting. But holding hands, touching someone's shoulder or hair, or cheek, or even hugging them, shows some form of likeness, companionship, and camaraderie. The sense of touch should not be taken for granted

Five Senses: Taste

The sense of taste was born for pleasurable things/activities only, be it eating or kissing. That is all!

Five Senses: See

I don't know what i'd do without the sense of sight! There are so many things to see, so many colors, so many sites, horizons, and of course, faces. Thank God for the sense of sight. Life would be that much more boring without it, surely.

Five Senses: Hear

The roar of the ocean, a soft whisper, the gratingly annoying sound of an alarm bell, the click of a siren's heels on the pavement, the sound of bells, laughter, and music are all sounds that we would sorely miss if we couldn't hear. Nobody likes a deafening silence.

A Dreamlike State

Sleep is probably my favorite activity. No, you'll never see this in my CV! I realize you can't really get much done while your sleeping, except maybe exercise your subconscious, but it is invigorating. When you're asleep, your worries and troubles seem far away. It's a good recipe for illness, love sickness, hunger, and anger (at least for me). Sleeping is definitely one of my Joys of Life.

Short Shorts

I love short shorts. But, i've never gathered the courage to actually wear one *can't look*. It's a great fashion trend, and honestly, it should do me a lot of good in this horribly hot weather over here. But every time i spy my exposed laps i run scared. I'm promising myself that i'll rock this look soon (probably to the park first). I heart shorts so i should be able to actually wear them right?

Hand In Hand

Holding hands is an intimate gesture; it shows that you like, and trust, each other. It's a Joy of Life whenever two people connect in any way, and holding hands shows that connection you have with someone.

Fluttering Fairies

Fairies have been fascinating me since i saw Tinkerbell in Disney's Peter Pan. I mean, beautiful human-like creatures with wings and magical powers? What's not to love? They are probably my favorite mythical creatures.
